CONTACT INFO

We can add contact details to the backs of your tags, please note that we can not fit full address’ and if this is left in the notes, we will shorten this to House number & Post Code. We can fit 3 lines at most, phone number being one line and house number, post code being one line. We will not be able to add anything more than this as it simply won’t fit.

BASE COLOURS

A base colour can be added to your tag! So if you have chosen the watermelon clay piece design for example, you can choose to add a coloured base (any solid colour, shimmer or glitter) if no base colour is left in the notes on the clay piece tags, this will be left clear, which looks just as good! For glitter tags, the glitter is the base so no need to add one to this. We would recommend against choosing black and dark solid colour bases as any wear and tear is more noticeable.

CUSTOM TAGS

Most custom design tags can only be done on a medium or a large size tag, please contact us first if you’re wanting a size small to see if this can be done. You can leave in the notes your design, please be as detailed as possible so we can get the tag right for you! If you are wanting a specific character or image this absolutely can be done, we can add any image to your tag, you can either send this to us or we can choose one.

HARDWEAR

We have a good choice of Hardwear for your tags and choosing the right one is essential

• Split rings ( keyring type, quite hard to get on however perfect if you plan on keeping it on a collar. This is recommend for dogs who are very active as they’re very hard wearing )
• O rings ( circle clasp type, very convenient on getting on and off collars, our most popular option)
• Lobster clasps ( spinning clasp type, very easy to get on and off collars )
• S clip ( very strong, perfect for larger type dogs as they do hang longer than the other options, great for taking on and off collar )

If your dog is very active I would recommend a split ring, these are the most hard wearing and will not come off.

If you like to swap the tags on different collars, the o ring and lobster clasp are a great choice.

If you have a larger breed, the S clip is the perfect option!

HAND MADE DISCLAIMER

All tags are hand made by me, no two tags will ever be the same, each one is different. I work hard to prevent any imperfections but sometimes the tags can contain small air bubbles and have irregular edges.

DURABILITY

Fancie Paws resin tags are durable but not indestructible. They are best seen as costume jewellery for dogs, if you look after them they will last, if they are worn as an every day tag you should expect to see wear and tear over time. We recommend to keep away from direct sunlight for too long, this can cause the resin to bend, and also sea water as this can ruin the tag.

Tags are not scratch proof and things like trailing on the floor from a collar and bashing against a metal tag can cause more wear to the tag. For Puppies and dogs that like to chew, we highly recommend you don’t leave the tags on their collars when they are unattended, they can very easily reach their tag if on their collar or front harness.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Usually we can make your tag and get your order shipped out within 10 days but please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped out. If our turnaround time is higher this will always be stated on our website.

UK orders - your tags will be sent via royal mail and delivered within a week. 

INTERNATIONAL orders - The delivery time can differ and from experience can take 1-4 weeks however we always send your orders tracked.
