Delivery & Refunds.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and are usually dispatched within 2 weeks from your order date. 

* DUE TO OUR VERY BUSY SALE PERIOD THAT TOOK PLACE IN NOVEMBER WE HAVE HAD TO UP OUR TURN AROUND TIMES TO 4 WEEKS * 

Going forward all orders will be sent with Royal Mail tracked, either 24 hr or 48 hr. This service is usually very reliable however like all post, could experience delays which is out of our hands but we will help with every step of the way. If your UK order has not turned up within a week of being shipped please give us a message so we can keep an eye on this. 

International orders will now also be tracked. Tags will go as a large letter and cost £9 tracked, the postage difference will be refunded to you and is set at £10. This covers all small parcel orders you place with us. The tracking number will be sent to you via email. 
Please give up to 3/4 weeks as international postage can take longer. 

I am a one person small buisness so sometimes my turnaround time will be more than 2 weeks but I will always state this, if it’s the case. You are more than welcome to message us on Instagram for any order updates but please do keep in mind our turnaround times when placing your order. 

As our products are all customised and made to order, we do not offer refunds. 
If you have a problem with a product there is a 2 week window to let us know, after this we will not be able to do anything.
